Description
Bred by Donald McKelvie on the Isle of Arran in 1918 to celebrate the end of World War 1. These oval tubers with vivid blue/purple skin contrasts with it’s bright white flesh. This is a late maturing variety and produces a high yield.
Arran Victory is a floury potato and is very tasty. It makes delicious mash and is also good for roasting and baking. Give these blue potatoes a try!
