Description

The crop produces long shaped, blue skin and blue flesh tubers.  Slightly creamy flavour with a nutty aroma.  It is blue through and through looking wonderful in a colourful salad and also makes fantastic eye-catching Jacket Potatoes. Blue Annelise comes from the small town of Barum in Germany and it was introduced in 2007.
